On 6th December, 1992, Babri Masjid in India was demolished by karsevaks in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, Indian state. Hindus claim that, a mosque was built on Ram Temple after demolishing it. This history of Babri Masjid thus goes back to many years which can be read at Wikipedia.

Intellectuals opine that, it has increased Hindu-Muslim divide in the country and gave birth to communal politics in India. Also, it resulted in serial bomb blast in Mumbai in 1993 which is said to be orchestrated by Dawood Ibrahim in retaliation to the Babri Masjid demolition.

Recently, suicide bombing has become quite a regular news. Previously, suicide bombing was widely used by LTTE in Sri Lanka. But after LTTE demise recently, and before that too, suicide bombing was put to good use by Al Qaida terrorists.
Suicide bombings in Iraq, Afghanistan is almost regular and routinely executed by Al Qaida terrorists or its associates. Recently two suicide attacks took place, one in luxury hotels in Indonesia and the other in Afganistan.

KHOST(Afghanistan): Taliban suicide bombers, most of them disguised in burkas, tried to storm government buildings and a military base in two Afghan cities on Tuesday, killing six people, officials said.
The attacks in Gardez and Jalalabad came amid a surge in violence ahead of presidential and provincial elections on August 20, when President Hamid Karzai will stand for re-election despite criticisms about security and corruption. Source.

Afghanistan is a very, very strange country. It has long history of war. Right from Chengij Khan and till recently the American. The country, Afghanistan, has been a battle field for everyone. Just to list few famous great warriors who have come to Afghanistan and fought wars:-
1. Alexander The great : He came all way from Greece and fought in the areas, now in Afghanistan around 324BC.
2. Ghajnavi : Arabs came and fought wars in Afghanistan from 600 AD to 1200 AD and by that time, Afghanistan was converted to Muslims from past Buddhists and Hindus.
3. Chengij Khan : The great Mongol warlord came all the way from Mongolia and fought wars in Afghanistan. And finally he went back without ruling this country. But he inflicted heavy loss of human lives and properties all around Afghanistan. Mongols terror lasted for almost 300 years from 1200 to 1500 AD.

Recently, ( on Monday, 22 June 2009), President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy said that “Burqa is not welcome in France,because it is not a symbol of religion but a sign of subservience for women”. A quick information, France has the largest Muslim population in Europe after Turkey. France has also banned all religious attire in schools.

Opposing Islamic dress code “Burqa” is not new in Europe. British Politician Jack Straw also requested his citizens from his constituency to meet him without Burqa in 2006 creating a media furore. So, one can say controversy about Burqa in Europe is nothing new.

For the first time in history, Isreal has in principle agreed for Palestine State alongside Isreal. Isreal has always been opposing Palestine state and Palestine Issue could be the longest and most reported conflict in the world! It has resulted many wars between Isreal and Arab countries. Wikipedia has a fairly long documentation on it!
On June 14, 2009, Netanyahu, leader of the conservative party Likud Party, the Prime Minister of Isreal, gave a half an hour long speech to his nation, which was broadcast, “In this small land of ours, two peoples live freely, side-by-side, in amity and mutual respect. Each will have its own flag, its own national anthem, its own government. Neither will threaten the security or survival of the other.”
